We accept returns on bags, scarves, and women's clothing within 14 days in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on jewelry, fabrics, beauty products, underwear, used clothing, and used bags. Jewelry can only be returned if damaged during shipping and must be in its original packaging. A coupon will be issued for your next order, valid for one month. The buyer pays for return postage. Please email us first if you wish to return an item. Read our return policy at checkout.

Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail or Evri. Standard UK delivery takes 2 to 7 working days, and next day delivery takes 1 to 5 working days. International standard delivery takes 14 to 30 working days, while Royal Mail and Evri International Signed For takes 7 to 28 working days. Please be aware that you may need to pay custom fees upon receiving your order.

Once your package is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number if you selected Royal Mail Signed For. Standard shipping does not include tracking. You can track your items on the Royal Mail website.
