How Long Does Delivery Takes ?

Delivery is between 3 to 7 working days for UK orders. For international delivery is between 7 to 28 working days for Europe and USA For Rest of the World delivery is between 14 to 30 working days
Is it safe to order online?

Yes, it is safe to order online. We do not store any financial information on our servers. All data is securely encrypted and held by financial institutions. Our website is 100% secure, allowing you to shop with peace of mind.
Do Returns Accepted?

We do accept returns on bags, scarfs,women's clothing as long as they are return within 14 days and in original packaging. We do not accpet returns on jewelries,Fabrics, beauty cosmetics products, underwears, used clothing and used bags etc. Jewellries can only be returned if they are received damage by post and must be returned in the original packaging, We can only issue you a coupon to use on your next order if this is the case. Coupon Value for a MONTH ONLY. please note that buyer pays for postage when returning item[s]. Email Us First if you wish to return an item[s]. Please read our return policy at checkout.

Who is responsible for paying custom fees?

Please be aware that you may be liable for custom fees when you receive or before you receive your order. These fees are not charged by us and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Items saved in your cart are still available to other customers, so there is a chance that some items may not be available later. We recommend completing your order as soon as possible to ensure availability.

Any order made before 1PM [UK] Time will be shipped out same day or next business day, priority except on weekends and holidays.
How will my order be delivered and what is the estimated delivery time?

Sophias Fab is based in London, United Kingdom. We offer delivery through Royal Mail and Evri. For standard delivery within the UK, it takes 2 to 7 working days. Next day delivery within the UK takes 1 to 5 working days. For international shipping, standard delivery takes 14 to 30 working days, while Royal Mail and Evri International Signed For (recommended) takes 7 to 28 working days. Please note that you may be liable for custom fees upon receiving your order, which are not charged by us.
How can I track my delivery?

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number if you choose Royal Mail Signed For. Standard shipping does not include tracking information. You can track your items on the Royal Mail website.
What is the best way to order during the holiday season?

Order will be delayed during holiday seasons, please always give an extra day for order to be delivered.
Do you open on holiday?

We are close on major holidays and weekends.

Yes, all deliveries from Sophias Fab require a signature upon delivery.
