We accept returns on bags, scarves, and women's clothing within 14 days in original packaging. We do not accept returns on jewelry, fabrics, beauty products, underwear, used clothing, and used bags. Jewelry can only be returned if damaged during shipping and must be in original packaging. A coupon will be issued for the next order, valid for one month. Buyer pays for return postage. Please email us first if you wish to return an item. Read our return policy at checkout.

We deliver through Royal Mail and Evri. Standard UK delivery takes 2 to 7 working days, while next day delivery takes 1 to 5 working days. International standard delivery takes 14 to 30 working days, and Royal Mail and Evri International Signed For takes 7 to 28 working days. Please note, you may be responsible for custom fees upon receiving your order.

After your package is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number if you chose Royal Mail Signed For. Standard shipping does not include tracking. Track your items on the Royal Mail website.
